Huawei P9 Lite certified by TENAA

It's been a very busy year for Huawei. After the introduction of Mate 8, Mediapad M2 back in January and Mediapad T1 Plus earlier today, a couple of devices are coming soon.

Just a few days ago, Huawei introduced the Huawei P9 Series but left out the P9 Lite. Well, it’s coming soon enough. As always, every device has to pass through TENAA certification (China’s equivalent to the FCC) so we have a full picture of the specs and design of the device. According to TENAA’s listing, the Huawei P9 Lite will feature a 5.2-inch 1080p display, 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card. The phone will be powered by an octa-core SoC running at 2.0GHz, probably the Kirin 650. The camera will be a 13MP on the back and the front shooter will feature an 8MP lens. It will come with Android 6 Marshmallow skinned by Huawei’s EMUI. A battery of 2,900mAh will provide the needed “juice” to help you stay connected through the day.

The body of the device will be made out of metal, a trend for many budget devices nowadays, carrying a fingerprint sensor bellow the rear camera, available in Black, White and Gold variants. Weight and dimensions are available as well: 146.8 x 72.6 x 7.5mm, 143 grams.

So Huawei P9 Lite is coming soon as well as Honor 5C on April 28th and Honor V8 on May 10th.
