Xiaomi Max Specs Leaked Again, Comes With Hexa Core Chipset With 3GB RAM

Xiaomi is going to hold a press conference in National Convention Center in Beijing, China on May 10 to finally unveil their big screen device Xiaomi Max. Though, the specifications of this smartphone are already a public knowledge, this device surfaced on GFXBench website further confirming the purported specifications.

Xiaomi Max is based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and will run MIUI 8 on top of it. It will flaunt a large 6.44 inch 1080p display. Under the hood it packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 hexa core chipset clocking 1.8GHz. There is 2GB RAM and 16GB of native storage on this smartphone. Xiaomi Max brings on board 16MP and 5MP shooters in addition to the 4500mAh battery.

It was also reported that there could be a high end version of this smartphone as well featuring a Snapdragon 820 chipset and 4GB RAM but nothing is confirmed right now. There was also a mention of Xiaomi Max variant with 3GB RAM which makes all of this a little more confusing.

May 10 is just around the corner and if Xiaomi is planning to launch various versions of Xiaomi Max then more details are likely to emerge in the coming days. Stay tuned.
