Reliance Jio Rs 500 feature phone to launch on July 21?

Lately rumored Reliance Jio 4G feature phone that was supposed to be arrive with the VoLTE feature can now be seems to be unveiled at a price of Rs 500 on July 21st as on that day Reliance is going to hold AGM of its 2017. As analysed by an analyst the phone is going to be launched for as low as Rs 500 only because Reliance Jio wants to move more users to its network. 
According to the reports the phone is going to be subsidized my around Rs 600-900 to get it's pricing of Rs 500. Company currently ordered about 18-20 million of these handsets from China and phone is seems to be announced on the 21st July 2017 AGM. 
Along with the feature phone Jio is also stepping up to launch a more aggressive one tariff plans to attract more users which is expected to be priced for about Rs 80-90 but it is still unknown that whether the tariff will be limited to the new users purchasing the phone or it will be for the existing users too.
If leaks to be believed than this phone may arrive into two variants one with the Qualcomm processor and another with Spreadtrum chip. As far the specs it can have 2.1inch display, with 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, SD Card support, 2MP rear and a VGA front cam with Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC and VoLTE support definitely. Leak also showed the hardware buttons for the Jio apps like MyJio, JioTV, Jio Music, and Jio Cinema.
