PVR Cinemas Launch their New ‘PVR Privilege’ Program for Customers
On completing 20 years in business and multiplex chain PVR now introduced a new PVR PRIVILEGE program for their customers to give them better & rich experience in cinemas. Not only this but this program offers their customers or members to redeem many opportunities and benefits.
“PVR Privilege card is a strategic move to delight, create and retain loyal customers. We are targeting a brisk growth for the PVR Privilege program over the next 2 years,” said the chief of strategy PVR, Kamal Gianchandani at an event held at Director’s Cut along in the presence of Bollywood Star Aamir Khan who was their guest of honour along with her Dangal Dhakad actress Zaira Wasim.
Now talking about the availability of the programme, it will be available at all PVRs across the country except PVR Director’s Cut & PVR Opulent Mall, Ghaziabad.
PVR Privilege offers various benefits to their customers like reward points on each purchase of ticket & food which can be automatically be converted into vouchers once it crosses a minimum threshold of 50 points which will be equal to 50 rupees itself. If we say effectively, the registration fee of this membership is zero because you need to make a payment of Rs 300 to activate your membership but you will get the F&B vouchers of worth Rs 300 back as well so basically fee becomes zero.
“PVR Privilege card is aimed to delight, create and retain loyal customers. The program could be best experienced over smartphone through our app and website. This will allow us to reach more moviegoers,” said Kamal Gianchandani, Chief of Strategy, PVR Ltd.
